Chicago-based insurance broker Hub International Ltd. announced today that it has acquired M&L Insurance Services Corp. of Thousand Oaks, Calif. Financial terms were not released.
M&L, with revenues of approximately $1 million, specializes in employee benefits. Its employee benefits division will become part of Hub International of California Insurance Services, Inc., Hub said.
The company added that Hub California's existing Thousand Oaks office will combine with the M&L operation at M&L's existing location.
