Novato, Calif.-based insurer Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. named Darryl Page as president for the personal insurance division of the company and Greg Meyer senior vice president, product management for the division, a new position in the company.
Mr. Page joins Fireman's Fund after 27 years with Allstate Insurance Company.
Fireman's said Mr. Page while at Allstate had roles including underwriting, sales and operations and experience working directly with independent agents in several regions throughout the United States.
He most recently served as Allstate vice president, western market operating committee.
Mr. Page replaces Bob Courtemanche, who left the company earlier this year.
Mr. Meyer previously worked for Zurich Insurance where he served as senior vice president overseeing small-business and commercial automobile programs, his new employer said.
Prior to Zurich, he worked for Allstate for eight years, most recently as vice president of independent agency business. He also spent seven years at the Progressive Corp. in a variety of product management roles.
