o Annual and quarterly filing requirements for various types of captives

o Management's Discussion & Analysis (MD&A)

o BISHCA's analysis process--what raises flags?

The seminar will take place at the Hilton Hotel and is also available via audio-conference. Two CPE or CLE credits will be available for those who attend in person or by phone.
