Chicago-based insurance broker Hub International Ltd. said it has acquired Arnold and Associates Inc. of Phoenix. Financial terms were not released.
Arnold is an agency specializing in employee benefits. The agency also deals in individual and family health benefits. It will become part of Hub International of Arizona, a division of Hub International of California Insurance Services Inc., Hub said.
Karlene Keogh Parks, president and chief executive officer of Arnold, and the rest of her staff will join Hub, their expertise helping Hub “to expand our employee benefits capabilities in the Phoenix area,” said Tom Hartley, president of Hub Arizona.
