The Association for Insurance Compliance Professionals announced its annual conference in October will feature Georgia's top insurance regulator and a motivational humorist as keynote speakers.

AICP said the Oct. 5 meeting at the Hilton Atlanta in Atlanta, Ga. will also feature over 70 concurrent educational sessions, involving property and casualty and life and health sessions from beginner to advanced level.

Opening breakfast sessions will hear talks from Georgia Insurance Commissioner John Oxendine and motivational humorist Scott Friedman.

The organization said attendees will have the opportunity to speak directly with regulators and experienced compliance professionals during a Q&A session.

This years program also includes "The Commissioners' Corner" which will include Commissioner Walter Bell, Alabama; Director Mary Jo Hudson, Ohio; Director Scott Richardson, South Carolina; Commissioner Roger Sevigny, New Hampshire; Commissioner Thomas Sullivan, Connecticut and Commissioner Susan Voss, Iowa.
