Aon Consulting Worldwide, a unit of Chicago-based insurance broker Aon Corp., said it has hired Yves McGale as chief administration officer for its U.S. retirement practice, a newly created role within Aon Consulting.
Mr. McGale, 46, joins Aon Consulting from Mercer, a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies.
As Aon Consulting's U.S. Retirement Practice CAO, Mr. McGale will work to enhance retirement practice operations and support West Coast business development efforts. He will also help strengthen Aon Consulting's global actuarial offerings, the company said.
Mr. McGale will be based in Irvine, Calif., and report to Cecil Hemingway, Aon Consulting leader of the U.S.
