Specialty insurer HCC Insurance Holdings Inc., Houston, said it has named Thomas G. Kaiser president of its Houston Casualty Company and U.S. Specialty Insurance Company subsidiaries.
The firm said Mr. Kaiser was formerly executive vice president and president for Arch Insurance Group's marine, energy and aviation special risks division. He also held posts with Zurich Corporate Solutions, American International Group and Arkwright Mutual Insurance.
Mr. Kaiser will report to Houston Casualty Company and Michael J. Schell, USSIC chief executive officer.
