Reinsurance brokerage Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC, announced today that Trisha Rozas has joined the firm as chief information officer, a new position, effective immediately.
Ms. Rozas, the company said, will report to Chief Operating Officer Charlie Fry and be based in the firm's Hoboken, N.J., office.
The firm added that she will focus on the development and deployment of technologies across the organization. Her responsibilities will include supporting customer service and market differentiation, delivering timely management information, and driving cost efficiencies.
Mr. Fry said he was confident that under her leadership “we will see continued enhancements and improvements across our technology platform.”
Ms. Rozas joins Guy Carpenter from CIT Group, where she was CIO for Commercial Finance. Prior to joining CIT Group, she spent eight years at American International Group, most recently as vice president and senior information officer, where she led application development and maintenance support across seven of AIG's largest companies in the U.S. and UK.
