Aon Corporation said it has appointed Paul Hagy as corporate treasurer, replacing Diane Aigotti, who left the Chicago-based brokerage in April.

Mr. Hagy, the firm said, will be responsible for capital management, money and capital markets, financial risk management, cash management, bank and rating agency relationships, and operational risk management. He also will work on long-range corporate planning activities, said Aon

Previously, he was vice president, investments and treasury. He joined Aon in 2002 as assistant treasurer, and he has also held corporate treasury positions at GE Capital Corporation, Heller Financial and Household International. Mr. Hagy has 18 years of corporate treasury and finance experience, Aon said.
