Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Specialty Risk Inc. of Liberty, Mo. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Established in 1994, Specialty Risk Inc. is a retail insurance broker providing risk management and commercial property/casualty insurance products and services to clients throughout North America. Jamie Krisman and her associates will continue to operate in their current location under Michael Henthorn, south central regional manager of Gallagher's retail property/casualty brokerage operation.
