Innovation Group has announced final shareholder approval of the acquisition of Choice Certified Solutions and the official launch of the Innovation Property Managed Network, a network of providers committed to a suite of fully integrated property damage solutions. The network brings together the collective assets of Choice Certified Solutions and Innovation First Notice's ClaimCapture intake platform as well as the resources across three service centers with 24x7 availability.
Primary services offered through the network include contractors that provide both mitigation and structural repair services along with partnerships with building supply networks. All services are built upon an event-driven management model, helping to ensure customer satisfaction while providing a strict focus on cycle time management. The network will supply coverage in six states with nationwide coverage planned by the end of 2008.
"Virtually all insurers are putting more focus and effort into enhancing their customers' claims experience while also controlling paid loss," says Michael Cummings, vice president property for Innovation Group in North America.
