Zurich announced the release of an integrated management liability solution to address the specialized needs of owners of boarding kennels, doggie daycares and pet grooming operations. The plan offers D&O liability coverage integrated with employment practices liability insurance and risk management services that can be combined in a single form.
Other key features of the plan include: D&O liability additional limit ($1 million defense), employment practices liability additional limit ($1 million defense), domestic partner coverage, prior acts coverage, duty to defend policy, outside directorship coverage,claims made within the policy period, entity coverage with no products liability exclusion, global coverage and punitive damages coverage.
