ESIS, Inc., the risk management services company of the ACE Group of Companies, announced enhancements to its Global RiskAdvantage product, an online risk management information system for both domestic and international programs. Global RiskAdvantage enables customers to access their claim and loss data in a flexible, customized format, allowing them to generate risk management reports, analyze loss and emerging trends, and make strategic risk management and business decisions.
ESIS customers have access to an enhanced reporting module that includes more detailed analysis of medical bill review data, an analysis of drivers with multiple auto accidents, and tracking of converted workers' compensation claims. In addition, customers can measure the effectiveness of the medical programs by creating a medical scorecard and monitor claim activity through new alert types with enhanced criteria options.
