Chicago-based insurance broker Hub International Limited said it has acquired Flynn Insurance Agency of Montana. Terms of the deal were not released.
Based in Great Falls, Mont., Flynn currently has 46 employees managing a primarily commercial book of business. The agency has a strong focus on heavy construction and also provides surety bonds in Montana. The agency has reported revenues of $6 million.
Both Hub International Mountain States Limited and Flynn have offices in Great Falls, Billings and Missoula, Mont. Hub said an integration of the offices in each location is being considered. The acquisition makes Hub Mountain States one of the largest insurance brokers in Montana, Hub said.
