Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.-based insurance broker USI Holdings Corporation said it has acquired Corporate Planning Systems (CPS), an employee benefit insurance brokerage firm.
CPS, based in Bellevue, Wash., is expected to contribute approximately $4.5 million in revenues to USI on an annual basis, the broker said.
USI is a member of Goldman Sachs Capital Partners, a private equity affiliate of Goldman Sachs & Co.
