Daytona Beach, Fla.-based insurance broker Brown & Brown announced it has acquired MEW Custom Staffing, LLC, also known as Custom Outsourcing, of Tampa, Fla. Financial terms were not released.
B&B said Custom Outsourcing is a human resource outsourcing and insurance agency serving clients throughout the state of Florida, with annualized revenues of approximately $1.5 million.
Beth Bennett, the principal, and her staff will combine their operations with those of Brown & Brown's existing Tampa office, under the leadership of Jack Suber.
