The tool will provide policyholders with an easy-to-use online survey format. The Web site is available to all Mueller customers, supplying carriers with another method to update their book of business and make efficient policy rating decisions.
Mueller Services is able to design a program around an insurance carrier's specific objectives. MyInsuranceSurvey.com will offer policyholders the ability to complete the survey at their own convenience; the ability to upload their own photographs, and assistance for completing the survey, if necessary.
