Independent agencies that have helped grow their business, improve productivity, cut costs, and better serve their clients and carriers through the innovative use of technology have until Feb. 25 to enter the inaugural National Underwriter "Agency Technology Achievement Award" program, launched in partnership with ACORD.
In addition, nominations from interested third parties--including insurance companies, managing general agencies, tech vendors and user groups--will be accepted until Feb. 11. Once NU receives a nomination, the agency will be contacted about entering the award program.
Three award winners will receive a free trip to the ACORD LOMA Insurance Systems Forum in Las Vegas--on May 13-15, 2008--and will have their programs profiled in the May 12, 2008 edition of NU. They will also share the secrets of their tech success during a panel discussion at the ACORD LOMA conference.
