Stephen F. Bollenbach has been elected as a director of American International Group, the company said.
Mr. Bollenbach, 65, recently retired as co-chairman and chief executive officer of Hilton Hotels Corp., where he had served as co-chairman from 2004 and CEO from 1996.
Prior to joining Hilton Hotels, Mr. Bollenbach was senior executive vice president and chief financial officer of Walt Disney Company and president and CEO of Host Marriott Corporation, and before that, CFO of Marriott Corporation.
He also has served as CFO of the Trump Organization.
