Daytona Beach, Fla.-based Brown & Brown Inc. announced it has completed its acquisition of AGA Insurance in Alpharetta, Ga. Terms were not revealed.
B&B said AGA Insurance, with annualized revenues of approximately $1.7 million, is a full-line retail commercial insurance agency with business concentrated in the greater Alpharetta area and throughout Georgia.
AGA, in business over 60 years, specializes in serving the insurance needs of churches, church schools and related ministries.
The agency will continue to operate from its current location as a satellite office of the existing Atlanta-area retail office of Brown & Brown Insurance of Georgia Inc., located in Duluth, Ga.
