Wells Fargo Insurance Services Inc. in Chicago announced it has completed four acquisitions. Terms of the deals were not released.

The four acquisitions are:

o Rogers & Belding Insurance Agency Inc., a single-office agency in El Paso, Texas and its subsidiaries.

o Dover, N.H.-based The Richardson Group.

o The employee benefits division of The Brehm Group Inc. in Minneapolis, Minn.

o Technology Insurance Services Inc., a single-office agency in Redwood City, Calif.

Rogers & Belding offers business and personal insurance, employee benefits, and risk management and has served customers since 1933. The agency's professional staff will continue serving customers at its current location, Wells Fargo said.

The company said the Richardson Group specializes in sports, entertainment and health club insurance programs and is the preferred provider of the New England Tire & Service Association. The agency's staff will continue serving customers from Dover, N.H.

The Brehm Group's Employee Benefits Division has been in business since 1974. The agency's staff will eventually relocate to Wells Fargo Insurance Services in Bloomington, Minn. Capstone Advisors, Brehm's Estate Planning Division, was not affected by the acquisition, Wells Fargo said.

Technology Insurance Services, a Silicon Valley technology insurance specialist, has served customers in the greater San Francisco Bay Area and across the western United States since the firm's founding in 1990. The agency's staff has relocated to the Redwood City, Calif., office to become a part of the Technology Services Practice.

Wells Fargo Insurance said it has made a total of 12 insurance agency acquisitions in 2007. It is a subsidiary of San Francisco-based Wells Fargo & Company.
