Siesko Partners, an insurance and risk services firm, and Cybersettle, Inc., a dispute resolution firm, announced a strategic partnership to serve the insurance industry by providing a new method of dispute resolution.
"This partnership will allow us to offer a much broader claims resolution plan for policyholders than has been available in the past," says David Siesko, founder of Siesko Partners and former chief claims officer for Zurich Financial Services. "Commercial insureds, both domestic and international, are seeking credible, fair, alternative dispute resolution methods."
Combining Cybersettle's online dispute resolution system for high-volume claims with Siesko's ability to resolve complex, high-value claims will allow all claims to be handled quickly and efficiently. "Shortened cycle time always leads to reduced expenses," says Siesko.
