Wells Fargo Insurance Services Inc. said it has acquired Rogers & Belding Insurance Agency Inc., a single-office agency in El Paso, Texas, and its subsidiaries. Terms of the transaction were not released.
Rogers & Belding has served customers throughout the Texas region since 1933. In addition to offering customers business and personal insurance, the agency also offers employee benefits and risk management services. The agency's total of 71 employees will continue serving customers from its current location in El Paso.
Wells Fargo Insurance Services is a subsidiary of San Francisco-based financial services company Wells Fargo & Company.
