Brown & Brown Inc. brokerage, Daytona Beach, Fla., said that it has acquired the Glassboro, N.J.-based Dalton Insurance Agency, LLC. No terms were announced.
Dalton, according to the announcement, has annualized revenues of approximately $2.5 million and operates as a retail commercial insurance agency serving businesses and individual clients throughout New Jersey and neighboring states.
Daniel J. Dalton and Jack Lynn, the Dalton principals, and their staff will continue to operate from their existing New Jersey location as a freestanding Brown & Brown office.
