Chicago-based insurance broker Hub International Limited said it acquired California-based brokerage firm FLF Inc., also known as Diversified Risk Insurance Brokers Inc. Monetary terms were not released.
Diversified Risk, currently in Emeryville, Calif., will become part of Hub International of California Insurance Services Inc. and will be moved into its Pleasant Hill, Calif., office in the first quarter of 2008.
The combined operations in Pleasant Hill will have revenues in excess of $11 million and approximately 50 staff members.
