Daytona Beach, Fla.-based insurance broker Brown & Brown Inc. said it has added Wendell S. Reilly and J. Powell Brown as board members.
Mr. Reilly is the managing partner of Grapevine Partners LLC, of Atlanta, a private equity investment firm focused on media and communications.
Mr. Brown is president of Brown & Brown Inc., a post he was named to in January. He oversees most of the company's wholesale brokerage and public entity operations located throughout the country.
Previously, Mr. Brown was a regional executive vice president and has served in an executive officer capacity for certain Brown & Brown subsidiaries throughout his career with the company.
