The OnBase Agency Solution integrates with an agency's current agency management system. By integrating these applications, all of the information an agency requires will be stored and accessible from a central location.
Hyland has worked closely with its insurance agency customers to design the OnBase Agency Solution as a fully functional document management solution that is preconfigured for CSRs, producers, management, HR, IT, accounting, and legal. The solution offers functionality that can be deployed with minimal professional services requirements.
