Pembroke, Bermuda-based insurer AXIS Capital Holdings Limited said it will pay dividends on common share and Series A and Series B preferred share stocks.
The company said it would pay a quarterly dividend of 16.5 cents per common share of stock on Oct. 15 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 28.
AXIS said it would also pay a dividend of 45.3125 cents per Series A 7.25 percent preferred share on Oct. 15 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 28.
A dividend of $1.875 per Series B 7.5 percent preferred share will be paid on Dec. 3 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 16.
AXIS provides specialty lines insurance and treaty reinsurance.
