XL Capital Ltd. said yesterday that it will pay a dividend of $38.64 on Oct. 15 to all Series E Preference Ordinary Shareholders of record as of Oct. 12.
The aggregate amount of the dividends payable on the Series E Preference Ordinary Shares is $38.6 million.
Hamilton, Bermuda-based XL provides insurance and reinsurance coverages to industrial, commercial and professional service firms, insurance companies, and others.
