New York-based Integro Insurance Brokers said it opened a new office in Nashville today, to be managed by a former senior vice president of Marsh.
The new office will be led by Greg Daniels, a managing principal, and Sheila Bauer, a principal.
Mr. Daniels joined Integro after 24 years at Marsh, a subsidiary of New York-based service firm Marsh & McLennan Companies, where he rose to senior vice president and a life sciences practice leader. He brings a total of 32 years property-casualty experience to the firm.
Ms. Bauer joined Integro from Atlanta-based insurance broker Potter Holden & Company, where she was a vice president. She has 17 years experience in professional liability coverage specializing in large hospital groups and physician groups, the company said.
Roger Egan, Integro's chief executive officer and founder, said in a statement that the firm has grown to nearly 400 professionals since its founding in 2005.
Nashville is the firm's 12th location, joining New York, Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, San Francisco, Montreal, Toronto, Bermuda, London, Stockholm, and Greenwich, Conn.
