Insurance broker J. Rolfe Davis, based in Maitland, Fla., announced a strategic business alliance with Alltrust Insurance, an independent insurance agency specializing in employee benefits based in Tampa Bay, Fla.
The alliance of the two will combine the capabilities of J. Rolfe Davis' property-casualty insurance and large case counseling with Alltrust's specialization in employee benefits, the brokerage said.
J. Rolfe Davis insures more than 570 companies and 6,000 individual clients, specializing in property-casualty insurance. Alltrust Insurance currently insures over 300 Tampa Bay businesses, professionals and municipalities, with an expertise in group health insurance.
Founded in 1942, J. Rolfe Davis is an employee-owned organization with more than 120 employees.
Alltrust Insurance, according to its Web site, was founded in 1994 and is an independent insurance agency of 22 managers and associates specializing in employee benefits.
