MSB has rolled out the newest version of IntegriClaim, a property estimating application used by claims adjusters, contractors, and others across North America to estimate and manage property losses.
MSB, an MDA company, is a provider of building cost data, technology, and services to the property/casualty industry. The company designed the upgrade to give clients greater efficiency in day-to-day property claim estimating and settlement and greater ability to face catastrophes such as hurricanes and wildfires.
"An insurance claims department simply cannot afford to be left without its claims estimating technology," says Ella M. Ozier, director of claims products at MSB. "Because of a concerted effort by our production, development, and support teams, we were able to meet and exceed our customers' expectations."
