Max Capital Group Ltd. said it has named Angelo M. Guagliano as new president and chief executive officer for its Max Bermuda office.
Mr. Guagliano will also serve on Max Bermuda's board effective immediately, the company said.
W. Marston "Marty" Becker, chairman and CEO of Max Capital Group Ltd., while relinquishing the role of CEO of Max Bermuda, continues to serve as chairman of Max Bermuda as well as chairman and CEO of parent company Max Capital.
Mr. Guagliano before his promotion was Max Bermuda Ltd.'s executive vice president and chief underwriting officer.
Max Capital provides specialty insurance and reinsurance products to its corporations, public entities, property and casualty insurers, and life and health insurers through all of its operating subsidiaries.
