Mark C. McGivney was named chief financial officer of insurance broker Marsh, Inc., a subsidiary of the services firm Marsh & McLennan Companies.
Mr. McGivney joins the firm from the Hanover Insurance Group, where he was senior vice president of finance, corporate treasurer and chief financial officer for the company's property-casualty business.
He replaces Jerome Bailey who joined the New York Mercantile Exchange last year as its CFO and chief operating officer.
