The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers in Washington announced that Christopher J. Nadeau has been named chairman of the Council of Employee Benefits Executives (CEBE), a standing committee of CIAB.
Mr. Nadeau is principal and practice leader with the employee benefits practice of William Gallagher Associates of Boston.
He takes over leadership of the CEBE board from Michael A. Paschke, executive vice president of Brown & Brown Inc. in Phoenix.
The CIAB also said that Dennis M. Donahue, managing director and national practice leader for employee benefits for Wells Fargo Insurance Services, was elected vice chair of the CEBE board.
The board is charged with overseeing the association's activities and services for member firms with employee benefit operations.
