Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.-based insurance broker USI Holdings Corporation said it has acquired Woodland Hills, Calif.-based retail employee benefits broker Pavlo, Weinberg & Associates. Terms of the deal were not released.
The firm, founded by Rudi U. Weinberg, provides employee benefits products and related services to middle market businesses in California and produced approximately $3.5 million in annual revenues last year, USI said.
The firm will be combined with USI's existing Woodland Hills' office.
