MMG Insurance of Presque Isle, Maine, has been named Company of Year by the Professional Insurance Agents of New Hampshire Inc.
The company received the association's inaugural award based on its ranking in PIANH's first-ever company performance survey.
Companies receiving honorable mention were New York-based MetLife Auto & Home; Canton, Mass.-based OneBeacon Insurance; and Boston-based Peerless Insurance Co.
PIANH President Judy George said that New Hampshire accounts for over a third of the company's business since expanding into the state in 1984.
