The National Conference of Insurance Guaranty Funds (NCIGF) has elected David C. Edwards as its new board chairman and announced the selection of its new board.
Mr. Edwards, who began his insurance career in 1965, is the president of the Western Guaranty Fund Services, a multistate nonprofit organization made up of six different state guaranty associations in the West and Midwest.
The Indianapolis-based NCIGF is a nonprofit association designed to provide national assistance and support to property-casualty guaranty funds.
