Harden & Associates Inc., the Jacksonville, Fla.-based insurance brokerage, said Paul Lunetta has been selected as president and chief operating officer of the firm.
Mr. Lunetta's responsibilities will include oversight of client service delivery, underwriting facility access, relationship management, and administration of the finance, human resources and IT departments.
M.C. Harden III remains chairman and chief executive officer.
Since joining Harden in 1992, Mr. Lunetta has seen the number of firm employees increase from 33 to 110. The firm recently opened an office in Tampa, Fla.
Harden provides insurance, risk management, human resources administration and employee benefits services. Founded in 1953, the company is a regional service provider that reports more than $200 million in premiums placed.
