A cast of industry experts have announced the launching of Claimetrics, a claims management company focused on provable, efficient results and true alignment of interests. "We are a disruptive force in the industry," says Barry Bloom, president and COO of Claimetrics. "For decades, the focus has been on the process of managing a claim. That's not our standard. Our goal is the result: to resolve a claim efficiently, to impact positively the health and productivity of the work force, and to lower total costs to the employer. Those are measurable, provable results. And we'll prove them to our clients every day."
Marshall Snipes, CEO, explains the leadership team of Claimetrics consists of top experts in their respective fields. In addition to Bloom, the list includes Leigh Stepan, senior vice president, national workers' compensation practice leader and director of operations; Mark A. Kania, CPCU, ARM, senior vice president, national liability practice leader; Patti Rossman, senior vice president, national absence management practice leader; and Michael Dillingham, MD, chief medical officer.
"While their expertise is broad and varied, we all share a common vision for a new way of doing business," says Snipes. "That vision is one of measurable results based upon an innovative information system, true alignment of interests with our clients, and an unheralded focus on attracting and developing the best and brightest talent available."
