Web-based case management tools provider Customer Expressions has launched a new web site to promote its I-Sight Investigation software. The site will provide a centralized, workflow-driven program to manage investigations. The software also will allow organizations to collaborate with customers to share information in real time.
I-Sight Investigation Software claims to provide investigative organizations with a cost effective and customizable way to handle to their case management needs. I-Sight can be used to manage a variety of insurance-related investigations, including:
