The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies has introduced the SceneAccess auto claims dispatch platform to update its Masterpiece Auto Preferences program.
SceneAccess, developed by Scene Genesis, links to a network of preferred auto body repair shops electronically. When a vehicle is brought to a repair shop, all the information about the vehicle and the owner will be accessible through the shop's computer system.
The new platform is intended to speed the settlement process for customers for a hassle-free repair shop experience.
