Aon said it completed its acquisition of Valley Oaks Systems of San Ramon, Calif. Terms of the deal were not released.
The Chicago-based insurance brokerage firm had announced its intention to acquire the software developer for claims management back in December.
Aon said that Valley Oaks would operate as an independent subsidiary under Aon eSolutions Group.
