Christopher Wilson was named president of the Professional Insurance Agents of Connecticut today at the organization's annual convention in Mashantucket, Conn., the group said.
Mr. Wilson is general manager for C.V. Mason & Co. in Bristol, Conn.
Other association elections include:
o James Goodman, president of Goodman Insurance Inc. in Shelton, Conn., was named as president-elect.
o Michael F. Keating, president of Michael J. Keating Agency Inc. in West Hartford, Conn., and Howard Olderman, president of The Olderman and Hallihan Agency Inc. in Ansonia, Conn., were named as vice presidents.
o James Berliner was named treasurer. He is a managing member of Berliner Fitelson Insurance, LLC, and president of Berliner-Gelfand & Co. Inc., both in Bridgeport, Conn.
o Timothy Russell, president of The Russell Agency LLC in Southport, Conn., was named secretary.
o John DiMatteo, president of A.A. DiMatteo Insurance Service Center with offices in Trumbull, Orange and Bethany, Conn., will serve as immediate past president.
