USI Holdings Corp. insurance brokerage announced the acquisition today of East Meadow, NY-based Countrywide Facilities Corporation. Terms of the deal were not released.
Specializing in energy distribution clients, Countrywide Facilities provides property and casualty insurance products and services to businesses throughout the Long Island and New York Metro area.
The agency is expected to contribute approximately $1.2 million of revenues to USI on an annual basis, the Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.-based firm said.
