The National Underwriter Company (parent company of Tech Decisions magazine and eNews) has released the OCS Online CAM (Career Activity Management) Report, an analysis and reporting tool that automates the calculation of conversion efficiencies and performance ratios of agents. Based on actual production activity, results are entered weekly into a Web interface. With an understanding of the relationship between activities and results, financial professionals are able to build sustainable clientele relationships. Management roll-up reporting allows managers to track activity and project future business for all financial professionals or agencies.
Used in conjunction with the OCS Annual Planner, financial professionals capture data on activities and production as it occurs in the OCS Annual Planner; weekly tabulations are entered into the Online CAM; and one-page reports are available in weekly or monthly increments, in Excel or Adobe portable document format.
