Alea Group Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. said they have applied to the UK Listing Authority for a Block Listing of 72,818 common shares of one cent to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the official list upon issue.
The Block Listing has been made in respect to 72,818 shares that fall to be issued under the Alea Group Executive Option and Stock Plan pursuant to grants of restricted stock units.
These shares when issued will have the same rank, rights and privileges as existing issued common shares of the company, Alea said.
