Tel Aviv-based Aon Aminim has acquired the business of another Israel concern, Fredy & Ilan Beck Insurance Brokers.

Terms of the deal were not released. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval.

Haifa-based Fredy & Ilan Beck was founded in 1966, according to its Web site.

Aon said Fredy & Ilan Beck has a total of 32 employees, and the merged companies will number 90 employees.

The businesses of Aon Aminim and Fredy & Ilan Beck will be merged to become Aon Israel Insurance Brokerage. The new organization will be one of the largest retail insurance brokerage companies in the country, according to Aon International in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Aon International is a subsidiary of global insurance firm Aon Corp., based in Chicago.
