A damage remediation firm said it is offering a hurricane program for business customers, which guarantees it will have a crew on their site repairing damage within 24 hours.
Dynamic Building Restoration said commercial real estate owners, developers and property managers can make pre-arrangements so that if they sustain hurricane damage they have remediation services already lined up.
Ed Weingartner, president of Dynamic Restoration, said enrollment in the Dynamic Assurance program is free, but does require a $10,000 deposit which is refundable and interest bearing if a catastrophe never hits.
The program makes available large-scale drying equipment, technical expertise, moisture mapping, infrared cameras, industrial generators and other assets which are difficult to secure after a catastrophe strikes, according to the company.
In order to ensure a 24-hour response time and provide necessary equipment to customers, Dynamic Restoration has regional membership limits for the program. Dynamic Assurance members receive an on-site property assessment by a 23-person "first strike team" to further prepare for disaster, time permitting.
Dynamic Restoration is able to guarantee a 24-hour response time by proactively assembling and mobilizing hundreds of men and machines, and underselling their product, according to Mr. Weingartner.
He did not respond to questions about the outcome if the company fails to perform within the 24-hour period. When a catastrophe strikes, they will have enough manpower to not only help the Assurance members, but also to take on outside clients once the natural disaster is cleared up for the Assurance clients, according to Mr. Weingartner.
