USI Holdings Corporation said the brokerage has acquired Austin, Texas-based Frank Siddons Insurance.
Terms of the deal were not released.
Frank Siddons, a surety and commercial lines broker founded in 1946, is expected to contribute approximately $2.5 million in revenue to USI annually, the Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.-based broker said.
In a statement, John D. Collado, regional chief executive officer for USI's Southwest region, said the acquisition would add depth and expertise to the firm's surety and construction business in the region.
